			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Traca is a Kripalu certified yoga teacher who has studied with a wide variety of teachers in many different styles both in the United States and in India. Sheteaches both group classes and private one on one sessions where she enjoys being able to focus on the individual needs of the person she is working with.</p>

<p>She has been studying and practicing for the past 20 years and continues to deepen her understanding and love for this practice. Traca is also a certified journey dance teacher who has assisted Toni Bergins,the originator of journey dance in many workshops and teacher trainings over thepast 6 years.</p>
<p>Traca has been studying Peruvian shamanism with Eva Goetz for a number of years and will be teaching workshops this fallwith Eva. She has also assisted Ray Crist, creator of the Jaguar Path, which combines yoga and shamanic healing techniques in his 9 month training program. She has spent time in Peru with shamans thereexploring sacred sights and learning from teachers and the land there.</p>
<p>Traca has a degree in art from california state university northridge, lives in gorham with her husband and two teenagers. They recently returned from a 6 month adventure around the world where they did a variety of volunteer work in many different countries.</p>
<p>Traca is available for group yoga and journey dance classes as well as private yoga and energy healing work. She loves sharing these transformative, powerful and enriching techniques with everyone! May we all be full of loving kindness!</p>

<p>Right now Traca is teaching only one public yoga class:</p>
<p><strong>Wednesdays- 7:00-8:30 am at Fort Hill Park in Gorham.</strong></p>
<p>Suggested donation $15. All levels welcome.</p>
<p>However, she is also available to teach private classes. Call (207) 252-4059 to learn more.</p>
<p>She is also teaching one <strong>Journey Dance class</strong>: 2nd Tuesday of every month at the Awake Collective On Forest Avenue in Portland, 6:30-8 pm, Suggested donation $15. All levels welcome.</p>
